Tom Kofman has over 25 years of experience in North American Capital markets as both issuer and banker.  Tom has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPC Financial Network Inc., Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of RealFund.  Mr. Kofman is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. He is a director of Urbanfund Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange listed Real Estate Company.

Steven Isenberg, MBA, Chief Executive Officer

Steve Isenberg has worked for nearly 20 years in Canadian capital markets in equity research, equity sales and banking.  He received an MBA from York University in 1991.  Steve sits on the local advisory committee of the TSX Venture Exchange and on the Ontario District Council of IIROC.  He is also a director of Urbanfund Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange listed Real Estate Company.

Michael Krestell, MBA, CFA, Managing Director Equity Research

Michael leads a research group that seeks to provide an intellectually superior and often divergent perspective.  In 2009, Michael received a Starmine award by being the number 4 ranked stock picker in Canada. Michael received an MBA with distinction from the Schulich School of Business specializing in Finance and Strategic Management and he is a CFA charterholder. 

Richard Goodman, LL.B, MBA, Managing Director Investment Banking

Rich Goodman is active in mining, oil and gas, technology, clean tech, healthcare and consumer products banking. He has been advising clients for over 18 years as a consultant, lawyer and investment banker. Rich was a securities lawyer with a prominent law firm in Toronto where he advised hedge funds, investment banks and financial institutions. Rich holds a B.A. in Economics from York University, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Law degree from the University of Western Ontario.
