Thomas Kofman C.A., Chairman
Prior to Mr. Kofman's work with M Partners, Mr. Kofman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPC Financial Network Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Kofman was a member of the senior management team of IPC from 1999 until September 2003. During this period, IPC grew from under $1.0 billion of assets under administration to approximately $7.0 billion of assets under administration. Prior to IPC, Mr. Kofman was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of RealFund. RealFund was Canada's first real estate investment trust. Mr. Kofman was part of the team who worked on RealFunds initial public offering. RealFund, during Mr. Kofman's tenure grew from approximately $80.0 million in assets to over $700.0 million in assets. Mr. Kofman is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. He is a director of Urbanfund Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange listed real estate company.
Steven Isenberg, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to Mr. Isenberg's work with M Partners, Mr. Isenberg worked on the sell side in both institutional sales and equity analysis. After receiving an MBA from York University in 1991 he joined Marathon Realty as an analyst until 1994 when he joined Wood Gundy in the same role. Mr. Isenberg joined the institutional sales desk of Wood Gundy in 1996 where he remained until 2000 when he joined a large brokerage as EVP institutional equity sales. Mr. Isenberg spent the next few years setting up operations at a series of sell side brokerages including Westwind Partners, Desjardins, First Associates and Toll Cross Securities. He is also a director of Urban fund Corp. , a TSX Venture Exchange listed real estate company.

Michael Krestell, MBA, CFA, Managing Director
Prior to joining M Partners in November of 2005, Mr. Krestell held a variety of Finance and Operations positions in the Retail and Food Service Industries. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Krestell was a Senior General Planning Manager with the Hudsons Bay Company. During this time, he was responsible for the financial planning, forecasting and performance measurement of HBC's Major Home Fashions division. Mr. Krestell's previous roles include Director of Retail Operations with Empori.com, Senior Manager of Operations Training and District Manager with the Second Cup Coffee Co. and Financial Analyst with the KFC division of Scott's Food Services Inc. Mr. Krestell received an MBA with distinction from the Schulich School of Business (York University), specializing in Finance and Strategic Management, a Bachlor of Arts from York University specializing in Math for Commerce, and is a CFA charter holder.
